  • Explore endpoint management – overview of endpoint-management roles, architecture and core services including Intune, Configuration Manager and Windows Autopilot.
  • Execute device enrollment – configure device enrollment for Windows, iOS, Android and macOS; create and assign Windows Autopilot profiles and integrate enrollment programs.
  • Configure profiles for users and devices – build and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies and security baselines to enforce settings and compliance rules.
  • Examine application management – deploy, update and retire Win32, MSIX, line-of-business and mobile apps using Intune and co-management with Configuration Manager.
  • Manage authentication and compliance – implement Microsoft Entra conditional access, MFA, Windows Hello for Business and compliance reporting dashboards.
  • Manage endpoint security – onboard devices to Defender for Endpoint, configure threat-protection policies, attack-surface reduction and security baselines.
